Pole dance fitness is a fusion of dance, flexibility, strength, endurance and mental training. It’s also a self-confidence-empower builder, perfect balance between being feminine and building muscle. The dance has become a part of the mainstream fitness culture in recent years, and the movement sparked my interest to step out my comfort zone and try something new.

I have never been one to exercise. I was invited to attend the class with my sister-in-law. I was going to say no, but I said what the hell go for it and I Loved It.
