Ephesians 2:1 Amplified Bible (AMP)
Made Alive in Christ
2 And you [He made alive when you] were [spiritually] dead and separated from Him because of your transgressions and sins.

In this scripture, Paul is talking about a spiritual awakening in our life. Christ is alive because of His righteousness, but we are dead, because of our sins. The Ephesians were alive physically but dead spiritually. Paul describes the nature of an unbeliever inability to believe the Good News. Just as the dead cannot revive itself to life, neither can an unbeliever revive his spirit into a new life.

I have always said “Life Is Only What You Make It” and I know from life experience no one has been responsible for the choices and decisions in my life. My trials and tribulations I have endured over my lifetime have helped me to become the person I am today and most of all I have NO REGRETS. Through my personal relationship with God has given me the wisdom to continue to strive Spiritually on this Life Journey.

I have stated before “No One” on this earth is perfect and free of sin. Any value we may have, or any hope, must come from outside of us. And so it does come, in Christ. This is the Good News of the Gospel and that which Paul explains. Knowing Thyself “Life Is Only What You Make It.”
